Bravo is expanding the Summer House universe again.

The network announced on Wednesday, September 17, that In the City is officially in production. Bravo teased the show with a first look clip that showed cameras being shut off in Montauk — only to be turned back on in the Big Apple.

“In the city that never sleeps, a group of New Yorkers navigates the biggest transitions of their lives — marriage, parenthood, reinvention, and the reality of growing up without growing apart,” read the official show description. “Can they have it all, or will they need to choose between the lives they’ve built and the futures they never saw coming?”

There has been no official confirmation on which Summer House stars — if any — will be making the move to In the City, but star Kyle Cooke’s voice is the teaser.

Summer House premiered in 2017 — and not every cast member has had a lasting residence in the Hamptons. Season 1, which starred Kyle Cooke, Cristina Gibson, Lindsay Hubbard, Stephen McGee, Carl Radke, Jaclyn Shuman, Everett Weston and twins Ashley and Lauren Wirkus, debuted on Bravo on January 2017. Summer House, which premiered in 2017, started off with a backdoor pilot on Vanderpump Rules before becoming a hit series on Bravo (with season 10 set to premiere in 2026). The show follows a group of friends who share a Hamptons house on the weekends in the summer. Over the years, Kyle, Amanda Batula, Carl Radke and Lindsay Hubbard remained the OGs to appear across 10 seasons, with the show also expanding with Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard and Winter House.

In the City’s news comes after filming wrapped on season 10, which picked up after Paige DeSorbo announced her exit in June after seven seasons. (Kyle, Amanda, Carl, Wes Wilson and Jesse Solomon will be joined by newcomers for season 10. Lindsay, who welcomed a baby in December 2024, is also expected to make appearances.)

“I have a little life update for you: I’ve made the decision not to return to Summer House,” Paige shared via her Instagram Stories. “Being a part of this show has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my life — the friendships, the drama, the giggles, all unforgettable.”

Paige, 32, expressed excitement at future projects, writing, “You’ve seen me grow up over these last seven summers. I’ll always be beyond grateful for the memories, the community, and the opportunities this wild ride has brought me. But like all good things (and some bad decisions), it’s time for this chapter to close.”

Season 9 newbies Imrul Hassan and Lexi Wood also revealed that they weren’t planning to come back.

“I meant to share this last week, but with everything going on, the timing didn’t feel quite right. I’ve decided not to return for another season of Summer House — I know, shocking!” Imrul wrote via his Instagram Story in June. “It was an incredible opportunity, and I truly had a lot of fun.”

He added: “I won’t drag this out, but I want to say thank you for all your support — and for supporting my foundation as well. A special shoutout to my castmates for their generous donations and for helping spread the word. Overall, it was a really good experience. Would recommend.”

Lexi, meanwhile, wasn’t interested in returning after major ups and downs with Jesse in season 9.

“Well … that wasn’t the summer I signed up for but it definitely taught me a lot,” she wrote via her Instagram Story in June. “I stood up for women and for what’s right, even when it wasn’t easy and I’d do that again in a heartbeat. I’m leaving Summer House with no regrets (well … maybe one.) I’m proud of the way I handled myself, proud of what I walked away from and even prouder of what I’m walking toward. Big things are coming! Stay tuned!”
