Kate Gosselin gave boyfriend Steve Neild a sweet social media shout-out after the two were accused of having an affair during her marriage to Jon Gosselin.
During a recent TikTok livestream, Kate’s new man made a brief appearance while delivering her a latte. His face remained out of the frame, but Kate thanked him nonetheless.
“Hello to the boyfriend,” Kate, 50, teased while reading comments from viewers, later ensuring fans that “he waved” back to them from off camera.
When asked whether she would ever team up with her boyfriend for a video, Kate hesitated. “He’s not very fond,” she admitted. “I won’t rule it out, but you know, he’s not overly crazy about this whole thing. We’ll see.”
Another fan commented, “You deserve to be treated like a queen,” to which Kate responded, “I agree.”
Kate made headlines on September 22 when she opened up about her love life during a TikTok Q&A, replying to a fan who asked, “Are you dating?”
“The answer to that question is actually, finally, yes. I am dating somebody for the past year to a little over a year, maybe like 14, 15 months,” she said. “I am super, super happy. It’s somebody that I’ve known for a really long time and I am very, very happy.”

Kate declined to publicly reveal her boyfriend’s identity at the time.
“He doesn’t really want to be on TikToks,” she explained. “Can’t blame him really, I guess, but you perhaps will catch a peep of him here and there or once in a while going forward.”
After Page Six reported that Kate is dating Neild — who was once her bodyguard — her ex-husband, Jon, 48, accused Neild of contributing to the former reality stars’ divorce. (Jon and Kate were married from 1999 to 2009 and share twins Madelyn and Cara, 24, and sextuplets Aaden, Hannah, Leah, Alexis, Collin and Joel, 21.)
“Guess who really ruined the marriage,” Jon wrote via Instagram on September 24 alongside a photo of Kate and Neild as well as a screenshot of the Page Six article. “Read for yourself.”
In his caption, Jon added: “Maybe when I speak people will listen now!!!”
Jon and Kate’s son Collin — who has been estranged from his mother for years — subsequently elaborated on the allegations via his Instagram Stories.
“What really upsets me is that my mom had an affair with our bodyguard way back in 2009 and for years would share hotel rooms with him while we went on family vacations, while I was in a connected room!” he claimed on September 24. “Now everyone thinks her being with him is some cute novel romance. By the way my dad received death threats and got shunned by the public for years for ‘having an affair’ and ‘leaving his kids.’”
Collin added, “I hope she doesn’t try to play this one off. Just come forward and be truthful.”
Collin also called out Kate for claiming she has been dating her boyfriend for “a little over a year,” alleging, “You’ve BEEN with him.”
The following day, Collin invited Kate to take a lie detector test with him, writing via his Instagram Story on September 25, “Then we’ll see who’s been lying straight to the public.”
