House of Villains star Tom Sandoval is teasing a house of drama, especially with his costar Kate Chastain.

“She says some strange things, even when we were on House of Villains,” Sandoval, 43, exclusively shared with Us Weekly on Wednesday, March 4, while promoting the Peacock reality show. “I was watching it, and she was like, ‘Yeah, I met Tom at BravoCon, and he just kind of, like, blew me off or whatever.’”

According to Sandoval, that’s not true.

“I met Kate in Florida at a bar. We ran into her in Melbourne because of this guy, Bobby Giancola, that I knew. He was on Below Deck, and so he sort of introduced us,” Sandoval claimed. “It was just funny. I mean, look. I mean, you’re just gonna have to wait and see what happens.”

Earlier this week, Chastain, 43, appeared on What What Happens Live With Andy Cohen and teased her experience on House of Villains.

While she praised her roommate Tiffany “New York” Pollard as the “Lucille Ball of our generation,” she was quick to name the cast member she got along with the least.

“I was hoping for more from Tom Sandoval,” she told host Andy Cohen. “He was just exactly what you would expect.”

While Sandoval and Chastain are unlikely to become BFFs after filming, the former Vanderpump Rules star certainly developed a bromance with Survivor alum Tyson Apostol.

From the first episodes alone, viewers noticed the duo had some bonafide dude brah bro-man chemistry and were quick to hit it off. Sandoval said he loved Apostol’s sense of humor and that he was “super chill.”

“He was the best roommate, and it was fun just being around somebody that wasn’t taking it all so seriously all the time,” he explained. “Plus, he’s a legendary game player. He’s awesome, and it was cool to just be able to riff with him. He would tell me about how if somebody comes up to you to make an alliance or wants to have an alliance with you, you have to just say yes — no matter what — because otherwise they’ll turn on you. He gave me this really good advice, and I feel like we worked really well together on the show and just had a blast.”

While Sandoval is staying mum on how long he lasts in the competition, one thing is certain: House of Villains has been his favorite reality competition show to be a part of thus far.

“You’re in a house called House of Villains. Everybody’s sort of been labeled as a villain,” he explained. “But in a way, you get to just see and get to know everybody better for who they really are. It was really nice.”

New episodes of House of Villains drop on Peacock Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET. The Official House of Villains Podcast airs immediately after new episodes on Peacock.
