Justin Baldoni has been accused of verbal abuse by an unnamed person amid his ongoing legal battle against Blake Lively.

According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly on Tuesday, September 9, an unnamed person has come forward with allegations against Baldoni, 41.

“I had repeated, with Mr. Baldoni and his associates, including verbal abuse by Mr. Baldoni,” the declaration read, alleging that Baldoni was not “permitted on set during the majority of production as a result of those experiences.”

The person, whose name has been redacted, also claimed that they “requested” that Baldoni “not be involved in marketing or public relations efforts” during their undisclosed project.

Justin Baldoni’s legal team is responding to Blake Lively’s new allegations, claiming that he made other women uncomfortable on the set of It Ends With Us. “Our clients have been transparent in providing receipts, real time documents and video showing a completely different story than what has been manipulated and cherry picked to the media,” […]

The accuser could potentially serve as a witness against him in his and Lively’s trial, currently scheduled for next year.

Us has reached out to Baldoni for comment.

Lively, 37, and Baldoni’s legal drama began in December 2024, when the actress accused her It Ends With Us costar and director of sexual harassment, creating a hostile work environment and allegedly orchestrating a smear campaign against her.

Baldoni has vehemently denied the allegations. He subsequently countersued Lively, accusing her of attempting to smear his name.

In June, a judge dismissed Baldoni’s lawsuit against the Gossip Girl alum. While Lively got the legal win at the time, her lawsuit against Baldoni remains ongoing and the pair are scheduled to head to trial in March 2026.

“The court decision on the motion to dismiss has no effect whatsoever on the truth that there was no harassment nor any smear campaign, and it does not in any way affect our vigorous defense against Ms. Lively’s claims,” Baldoni’s attorney said in a statement at the time. “Discovery is proceeding and we are confident that we will prevail against these factually baseless accusations. Instead of revising the existing claims, our clients will be pursuing additional legal options that are available to us.”

Blake Lively has accused Justin Baldoni of trying to release her recent deposition. According to a motion filed by Lively’s lawyer and obtained by Us Weekly on Monday, August 4, the actress’ team claimed that Baldoni, 41, attempted to upload the full “292-page transcript” to the public docket the same day they received it. “There […]

Earlier this year, Lively was deposed by Baldoni’s legal team in New York City. Us reported that Baldoni was present for the deposition, which took place in July.

“We are very pleased with the outcome of her deposition, and now look forward to deposing Justin Baldoni and each of the codefendants in short order,” a spokesperson for Lively previously said in a statement to Us. “Deposition testimony is confidential for good reason — it’s evidence in a legal proceeding and is subject to objections and evidentiary rules. Juries aren’t just handed deposition transcripts to read at home, and instead they listen to testimony that is presented at trial under a judge’s supervision.”

Last month, Judge Lewis J. Liman unsealed redacted exhibits from Lively’s motion to compel, which included multiple text messages and emails between Baldoni, his publicist and other members of Wayfarer Studios.
